  15. from the Windows curse of cooperative multitasking - i.e. they are single
  16. tasking machines ;-)

  18. There is *no way* in the world I would even consider buying a machine reduced
  19. to a bitty box by an outmoded OS. OK, so you can get NetBSD for it now - big
  20. deal. You can get NetBSD for clones, and get a faster machine for a similar
  21. price.
